Comments | This is a rod that Bernard built for me to fish the dowagiac creek behind his house. It is a sweet rod for small streams. I used this rod to catch a 29" Brown Trout on the Pere Marquette one evening with a hex fly. Cigar grip with thread wrapped up on grip. Gold wraps black tipping like was used on the 1000 series of rods from Heddon. For you tht don't know Bernard was in charge of the Bamboo rod shop at Heddon until they quit production of bamboo. |
