Payne 101 Dickerson 7613 - george.hills

After looking at many of the recommendations in the archives, I am going to build a Payne 101 with the following form settings. These are a concensus of the comments by Dennis Higham, Harry Boyd and others. I have removed .004 for varnish from Dennis' averages.
