Here are the best numbers I have for this rod.  Remember, that the  taper 
changes from inch to inch on the original, but our Garrison style forms  only 
have stations at five inch increments.  Also, the butt taper numbers  were 
reworked so that the extreme swell is more workable in planing forms.   For ferrules 
use the CSE Super Step Down Truncated to replicate the Leonard  originals.  
The numbers have been adjusted for varnish  thickness.  These cane strips were 
lightly flamed to enhance the color  and increase stiffness.  Enjoy
