It is a Para 15 with both a wet and dry tip. There is also some confusion over the name of the taper. It is known as both "P.T. Kellum" or "K.T. Keller" perhaps as a typo in an article that got passed on. I don't know which name is correct. There was a post several years ago in which one or more list members liked the dry tip, but thought that the wet tip was clunky. I agree.
