If I understand what you are asking for, you want a tip that is a little
lighter than the one in Don Andersons taper. I think that the following
taper should do just that. It's not a taper I have built, I just modified
the taper of Don's to give you a lighter tip, Don't know about how it will
feel at 20 feet, but it should give you good tip response at short line
lengths.
