Okay, here is how I believe the Powell formula C10 4/5 1/5 works: Tip
size is .100, strip would be .050 Add 10 and 4/5 thousandths(.0108) to
the first six inch station. 
Add 10 and 4/5 thousandths less 1/5 thousandth(.0002) the next station. 
Add 10 and 4/5 thousandths less 2/5 thousandth (.0004) to the next
station. Continue adding and subtracting.

Another way to conceptualize this would be to add 10 and 4/5 thousandth
to the first one and continue always adding .002 less than the previous
time. (MY MATH MAY BE WRONG)
