Hi Paul and All,
Since my address is FIVESIDE, no surprise I have developed some penta
tapers that I and others like. There is a 7 ft 3 wt, an 87 in 4 wt and a 90
in 5 wt. The dimensions below are the inner circle dimensions, which are the
dimensions to be planed to, divided by 2 of course. These will not be the
dimensions you measure, flat- to- point on the finished rod.. These are the
working dimensions for making the rod.
Seven ft 3 wt: Station 5- .066, 10- .085, 15- .099, 20-.112, 25-.124,
30-.136, 35-147, 40-.159, 45-.171, 50-.185, 55-198, 60-.211, 65-.224, 70-238
87 in wt 4: Station 5-.079, 10-.101, 15-.118, 20-.133, 25-.147, 30-.160,
35-.173, 40-.185, 45-.199, 50-.214, 55-.228, 60-.247, 65-.257, 70-.271,
75-.286
90 in wt 5: Station 5-.082, 10-.106, 15-124, 20-.139, 25-.153, 30-.167,
35-.180, 40-.193, 45-.206, 50-.221, 55-.236, 60-.251, 65-.266, 70-.280,
75-.295, 80-.310
Hope you like these rods as well as I do. Bill
