Re Payne 97 - Dell

Hi all, I have built mostly rods of 7 1/2' to 8' I have a few shorter rods
as well, one of the more interesting rods is as follows.
Winchester by Edwards, 6'11" 4wt, with staggered ferrule, 3 1/4" cap and
ring reel seat, 4 1/4 grip.

The odd stations on butt due to swell, this is a delicate but strong action,
hope that some one will enjoy it.
