Re Payne #214 Parabolic Taper - marty

> Hi  Rich, The hanging tag says 4oz. Station 00 on the butt section was taken as close to the female ferrule as possible. The rod had a couple missing wraps so I miked at those points and on the varnish right adjacent to it and the varnish at those points was .003" thick so I deducted that measurment from my readings. The readings are an average across three flats which on a Payne are pretty much within .001".
