Mark - The following was measured from a varnished rod. You should deduct
about 6 thousanths for the varnish. A Driggs taper was published in TPF a few
years ago that varies from this one, a not uncommon situation with Young
rods. I don't know which is the final version. I did build a  successful rod
from this taper, however.
