Payne 96 - Jojo DeLancier
Due to an overwhelming number of whinings and other assorted pitiful
pleas, and since I'm not mean and heartless like the thousands of denizens
of this List who have the Para 16 taper and won't share it, here you have
the Payne 96. This taper was provided me months ago by Rich Colo, taken from
a rod he owned. The provided guide spacing didn't seem to add up for me, but
I tried to figure it out as best I could. I assume the numbers are over
varnish, but don't know. Rich? I had to extrapolate certain numbers from
some measurements not being at 5" intervals due to the guides.
