The Fly Fishers and Laacke and Joy's are the Milwaukee area's best-equipped fly shops. Besides flys and equipment you can get lots of good advise from Pat Ehlers and Bill Schreiber and their employees. They also offer instruction in fly tying, casting and flyfishing. Both shops support the MLSFF activities.
